Alloblast stem cell therapy is a procedure developed by molecular biologists, bioengineers, and stem cell scientists, approved by the FDA in the US and the Ministry of Health in Turkey.
Alloblasts, a stem cell derived from newborns, are medically isolated and prepared under sterile conditions, ensuring they are young, unexposed to external factors, free from photodamage, and free from chromosomal aberrations in genetic screening. Therefore, not every newborn is considered a suitable donor for Alloblast therapy.
The procedure essentially involves implanting fibroblasts into the skin, which produce extracellular matrix proteins known to be effective in dermal regeneration, particularly collagen and elastin, and increasing their concentration per unit area. The resulting young fibroblasts are four times more potent than the individual’s own fibroblasts.
What distinguishes the Alloblast procedure from other stem cell treatments is that newborn babies’ fibroblast cells are not yet fully identified, making it safe for use on other individuals.
Because it does not contain botulinum toxin or filler components, it does not cause changes in facial expressions or facial expressions.

In which areas is Alloblast application used?
It is used to reduce wrinkles and sagging by providing tightening and rejuvenation on all desired skin surfaces and skin types. These are;
- Reducing the lines between the eyebrows that make a person look angry, the forehead and eye area that make a person look tired, the nasolabial-marionette lines that make a person look sad, and the deformations in the neck, décolleté and on the hands where signs of aging appear most quickly.
- Restoring the volume lost over time on the face, giving the skin a brighter, more vibrant and fresher appearance.
- Correcting the color of skin spots and dark areas
- Supporting the treatment of surgery, wounds, scars, chickenpox, acne and acne scars on the face and body
- It is used effectively to revitalize hair follicles in cases of hair loss due to age, environmental factors, medications used, hormonal disorders; to stimulate hair follicles in cases of baldness, and to provide support after hair transplantation.

Who can have it done?
Anyone over the age of 18 who has any of the conditions mentioned above or who wants their skin to look more vibrant, bright, tight, healthy and fresh is a suitable candidate for Alloblast stem cell application.
Is the Alloblast treatment safe?
Alloblast application is FDA approved in the USA and Ministry of Health approved in our country.
What should be taken into consideration after Alloblast application?
- To the area where the procedure is performed;
- Avoid contact with water for 24 hours,
- Not going to sauna, Turkish bath, Spa, massage or solarium
- Not wearing makeup for 24 hours
- Avoiding botulinum toxin, fillers and injections for 1 month.

How is Alloblast applied?
After your request is submitted, the Alloblast molecule arrives at our clinic under sterile, cold-stored conditions, and with a personalized certificate in your name. Before the procedure, a local anesthetic cream is applied to the area to be treated. Afterward, the procedure is performed by microinjection into the disinfected area. The procedure is both practical and comfortable. You can return to your social life immediately after the procedure.
When will the effects of Alloblast be visible?
After the Alloblast treatment, the skin begins to show a vibrant and radiant effect. However, it takes at least 6-8 weeks for the skin to regenerate and repair. Alloblast treatment is 4-5 times more effective than fibroblast treatment using the patient’s own cells.
How long does the effect of Alloblast last?
Scientific studies show that the effect of the treatment in the injected area lasts for 2-3 years.
